Summary:
A shallow man is put under a mental spell to make him see the inner beauty in women. Once Hal is stuck in an elevator he meets a phsycologist who puts him in a mental state to see the inner beauty of women. His friend tries to make him see what he is going on but fails at first. By the time his friend knocks him out of the spell Hal realizes what is going on. See how this comedy ends and what Shallow Hal ends up doing with a girl he has fallen in love with. Even though she is not the prettiest girl in the world.
